Nice modern room with great views over the bay. Valet parking is quite pricey, but it was safe. Enjoyed the live sports events nearby, but staff was slow to deliver our bags after we declined help.

Perfectly situated for easy access to all the best spots
The hotel is fantastic, right across from the Ferry Building with gorgeous views of the Bay Bridge, and just a short stroll from major attractions like Pier 39 and Fisherman’s Wharf, making it super convenient for exploring the city; my king-size room was spacious and modern, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a memorable stay. I would say the hotel could improve its decor as it feels a tad outdated compared to the vibrant surroundings.

clean and good views, but service issues galore
The views from the rooms are fantastic. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the hotspots and right next to the BART station.
Getting any service feels like a trek through a maze.
